2. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ORDERS


We confirm, process and post orders, and perform customer service tasks on workdays, from Monday to Friday between 10 AM and 6PM. We do not process orders on weekends and bank holidays. Orders passed during this period are to be processed and posted on the following workday.

The Euro prices are indicative.

The passed order is going to be confirmed electronically by the system of procross.hu no later than the workday following the order. Shipment begins on the day following the confirmation.


3. PAYMENT INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS:


The purchase price is always equivalent to the consumer price quoted next to the product that has been ordered. The purchase price does contain VAT. The purchase price does not cover transportation expenses. Transportation expenses are to be paid by the customer at all times.

Transportation expense is 1500 HUF at all times, this amount contains VAT as well. On the invoice we do quote transportation expense as a separate item.

Payment by credit card:

The facility of card acceptance is provided to our webshop by the safe, SSL protocol based card acceptance system of OTP Bank Nyrt. During the course of credit card payment you are going to be redirected to the payment site of OTP Bank. Payment does not happen on the site of our webshop. Instead it happens directly on the site that fulfills the rules and security requirements of international card companies, and is operated by the Bank. The webshop does not possess in any form and can not access your credit card information, or the information, number and date of expiry of the related bank account.

You may use the following types of credit cards in our webshop:

- Visa (embossed)

- MasterCard (embossed)

- American Express (embossed)

- Electron (not embossed), depending on the issuer

- Maestro (not embossed) OTP Bank Nyrt. only Payment


Payment on delivery:
The customer passes his order on the Internet then pays on delivery to the delivery-man.


Payment at the premise of the company:

The customer passes his order on the Internet, then receives the product at the premise of Procross (1024 Budapest, Margit krt. 67. Opening hours: workdays 10AM-6PM) by person, or by authorized person in 3 workdays after order-confirmation. In this case the purchase price is to be paid on the location on receipt.


4. TERMS OF DELIVERY:


Transportation expenses are to be paid by the customer at all times.

Transportation expense is 1500 HUF at all times, this amount contains VAT as well.

On the invoice we do quote transportation expense as a separate item.

Transportation expense also contains an insurance fee and covers compensation expenses in case of damage due to careless or inefficient handling, partial or complete loss of the package and ruination.

Delivery of the products is executed by DPD Hungária Ltd.

Delivery of the goods happens on workdays during working hours (between 08Am and 5PM).

In case the delivery-man can not accomplish the delivery, he leaves a notice about the package. He attempts to deliver the package again at the definite hour included in the notice.

In case the delivery-man repeatedly fails to deliver the product and the customer informs the customer service about the missing package, we repost it for additional transportation expense.

If a package returns from a certain address repeatedly, Procross annuls the order and henceforth posts the ordered product only in case of prepayment.

The delivery-man of DPD Hungária Ltd. hands the product over after the fulfillment of general and special instructions (prepayment, payment collection, okmányvisszaforgatás, waybill about delivery) written in waybill.

Pleas do check the integrity of the package on delivery, in the presence of the delivery-man!!! If the package is damaged and there is no damage report attached, please do not take it!
In case of visible damage of the wrapping the delivery-man of DPD Hungária Ltd. grants opportunity for inner inspection as well. The outcome of this inspection is to be recorded by the delivery-man and the customer in the damage report for loss adjustment purposes.

In case of missing product please send the report to our address and we are going to substitute the missing item. Please do retain the voucher about paying the package since it is essential for assertion of complaints in the future.

The delivery-man of DPD Hungária Ltd. hands the customer the 3rd copy of the waybill signed by both the delivery-man and the customer.


5.WAIVER, EXCHANGE AND REPURCHASE OF PRODUCTS.

During the ordering process the customer can exercise waiver according to the 17/1999. (II. 15.) Korm. Rendelet.

- The customer can terminate the contract in 8 workdays without any clarification.

- The customer can exercise waiver from the day he received the product.

- The selling company is liable to repay the sum paid by the customer without fail, but no later than 30 days after the waiver.

- The customer shall bear the expenses due to the return of the product because of the waiver. There are no further expenses the customer should bare, however the selling company can claim for compensation in case of damaged goods due to improper use.

- The customer can indicate waiver or complaint claim via e-mail, telephone, or fax.

- The customer can not exercise waiver if the contract is about audio- or video record or computer software and he has already opened the wrapping.


6. EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS:

If the product is not right in size, color or style and this is not the fault of the selling company, wrapping and transportation expenses emerging due to exchange or repurchase of the product are to be paid by the customer.

We can take the product back in 8 workdays.

You can return the product the following ways:

By post: post the product as a normal package accompanied by a green ‘accompanying letter for inland packages’ form. DO NOT POST THE PACKAGE BY COLLECT ON DELIVERY because we can not afford taking the so posted packages. (lower price range)

And/or:

use DT Expressz Futárszolgálat. (higher price range)

Warning!

Do return the product in its original wrapping, accompanied by its original invoice because without these we can not exchange the product.

Wrapping and transportation expenses related to exchange, repurchase or desistance are to be paid by the customer.


7. RAISING OBJECTIONS:

Our customers can rais their objections at the premise of Procross (1024 Budapest, Margit krt. 67.) on workdays from 10AM to 6PM.


8. GUARANTY OF QUALITY AND WARRANTY:

The Program Kft. Handles the warranty related to the distributed brands flexibly. In disputable cases accepts the intervals specified by the consumer protection act.


9. CONSUMER PROTECTION INFORMATION

– At supervisory authorities.

– You may find information related to the use of the certain product in the package sent.


10. PRIVACY POLICY

PROCROSS pays particular attention to privacy policy; utilization and storage of personal data of consumers is managed according to the effective Hungarian law (2001. évi CVIII. tv., Adatvédelmi tv.).
